30-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email millanrp25@outlook.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll send a return authorization and instructions within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or refund in full — including original shipping.

• Items damaged from misuse
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Buyers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method — Noir Tech is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
