Processing & delivery

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in roughly 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Keep an eye out for free-shipping thresholds and promotions.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no hassle.
